  • Refunds are available only for paid mentorship sessions booked directly through NextStepsOverseas.com.
  • You must request a refund within 7 days of your scheduled session date.
  • To be eligible, your refund request must be based on:
  • Mentor no-show (mentor did not attend the session).
  • Technical issues preventing the session from happening (on our platform's side).
  • Dissatisfaction with the service (case-by-case review).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • You missed the session without prior notice (no-show).
  • You changed your mind after a completed session.
  • You booked the wrong service by mistake (unless notified immediately).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Booking reference number
  • Reason for your refund request

Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
